ubc785 scanner

:( hi everybody. ive just got a ubc785 scanner and cocked it up.when i first put some frequencies in ,i didnt quite do it right.i read in the book that you can reset the scanner,which i did(not spotting the bit where it said only reset if not working properly)now ive locked out all the channels.and when i press search(for radio channels) it comes up with
"error no limit data".in the book it shows you how to restore all locked out channels,but i cant get it to work,can anyone help ?

It looks like youve done a total reset.
Try Inputting some frequencies
Thats why I stopped using mine and just got a simple scanner :wink:

Hi everb5,
Do you have Butel's ARC785PRO software for the UBC785XLT ?

If you do I could mail you the mem file with all the search events in & hopefully that might include the service searches that will put your scanner back to where it was when you bought it.

Unless anyone knows different :)
