Hello all,

on the datas transmitted by SBS1, is the ground speed the speed on air of the plane or the speed vector on ground.
I think that is the speed on air

The Airborne Velocity squitters that SBS-1 receives almost invariably denote ground speed. A few exceptions (some B772s, for example) do send true airspeed (TAS) instead of, or as well as, groundspeed - I don't know how BaseStation handles that, you would need to ask Kinetic.

AirNav's RadarBox does display TAS as well as GS, but confusingly it labels it IAS (Indicated Air Speed).
