Port 30006 format?

The format is the following one:

10 02 <Type> 00 <Time> <RAW DATA MODE-S> 10 03 <CRC> <CRC>

I assume it's a Kinetic publication and as such will be freely available? Since the eStore is the main distribution channel, it seems an appropriate place or the SBS-Resources website?

No not at all quite simply available on request. It will be in our download area soon but other priorities this week
