Selecting a Dealer

Our dealers are selected to provide a courteous and capable service to our customers pre-sale and post-sale.

If you experience an issue with your unit, your dealer is expected to provide first line support and liaise with us,
should the unit require to be returned.

If your dealer does not assist you then please contact us to let us know. We keep statistics on dealer performance
in order to deliver our customers with the best possible service.

The Sales rating is based on dealer stock and pre sales knowledge.

The Support rating is based on support calls that we have handled after the client has contacted their dealer.

The Feedback rating is based on all customer feedback including complaints and praise.
